The business plan is this summary document that tells the story of your project, from its beginnings to its future prospects. Its writing may seem tedious, but if you believe in your project, nothing will discourage you!

A business plan, is it necessary?

The business plan is sometimes called into question, but in practice, it is quite necessary, for two reasons:

1. It is the best ally of the creators of company because it allows them to advance, step by step; it is a working tool.

2. It is essential to explain a business to future partners (partners or shareholders, business angels, bankers, suppliers or jurors of competitions) and convince them to participate in this adventure; it is a tool of communication and conviction.

To understand the interest of the business plan (BP), we must understand that beyond the final document that will be presented to various partners depending on the case, it is a unique value proposition that will emerge from this BP. This proposition is built and adjusted over time.
