Overview
Leading remote teams has become the new normal but how to keep them motivated and energized is one of the questions managers are struggling with. Outplaced members feel solitude, conflicts arise due to lack of nonverbal communication, task orientation is draining the energy from the team members, personal life interferes with work-life more often. These issues cause team leaders problems that need to be dealt with without physical contact with members having the same work-life conflicts as their team members and communications problems.
This executive seminar will give you an understanding of how remote teams are connected, developed, motivated, and how to lead them. Establishing trust in virtual teams, defining communication norms, dealing with solitude will be some of the topics covered in individual tasks, team discussions, and case study analysis.
