Goals :

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

understand the principles of listing / deregistering a property from the World Heritage Register;
assimilate the concepts: definitions, criteria for recognition of the site in space, periodic reports, opinions of the World Heritage Center;
be attentive to the method of developing a project integrating the interests of the monument and the various stakeholders;
adopt a critical approach to the references and fundamental principles in terms of the “philosophy of heritage”;
choose the appropriate investigation methods but also argue the choice of resorting to specific prior analyzes;
have practical solutions: the governance procedure, thematic recommendations to be observed.
