The work environment is becoming more and more digital, this phenomenon is even accelerated by the Covid-19 crisis. But, as shown in several studies carried out in Luxembourg, digitization is not without consequences for employees since it directly affects their satisfaction at work.
Ludivine Martin, researcher in the Labor Market department of LISER will summarize the results of a research project on this topic during the next Innovation Club. It will present the impact of the various technological solutions and managerial practices chosen on the motivation of employees at work and their desire to stay in the company. Laurent Peusch (ADEM) and Lionel Ferber (FERBER Group) will testify about their experiences and the solutions implemented.
