The training cycle organized by Legitech and the University of Lorraine and the Faculty of Law, Economics and Administration of Metz aims to cover all legal news in the main areas of civil law, business law and public law.
Favoring a practical and interactive approach, the two-hour modules offered in a hybrid format involve university specialists and/or recognized practitioners in these different fields. The training is validated as continuing education for lawyers.
The latest revision of the bioethics law incorporated into our law a new way of establishing filiation: joint recognition before a notary. It will be a question of presenting this new mode of establishment, reserved for the couples of women, and its mode. The law of August 2, 2021 also breaks the praetorian construction developed in terms of surrogacy, without however giving a precise procedure to follow for the establishment of filiation towards a couple of intended parents. The consequences of this legal provision will be questioned. In addition to the presentation of these legal amendments, there will be an inventory of case law on filiation in the context of the transgender issue.
