Confront all situations, mobilize your team, go beyond brainstorming and bring original and concrete solutions in your field of activities
Faced with the crescendo pace to which SMEs and large groups are subject, ideas exist but are sometimes difficult to mobilize (legitimacy, adherence, acceptability ...). The Creative Problem Solving (CPS) is a collective approach that promotes a shared diagnosis and a common vision of the situation, the generation of a large number of ideas and the convergence towards several concrete and original solutions. Combined with group dynamics, this simple and highly structured method, created by advertising advisor Alex Osborn (inventor of brainstorming) and psychosociologist Sidney Parnes, is a formidable efficiency and reconciles teams.
