Legal Design?

Thanks to Legal Design, learn how to design legal documents (consultations, briefing notes, contracts, etc.) that are easy to read, understand and communicate. The documents will thus be directly usable for and operational for your customers.

Based on the schematization of legal information, that is to say the use of diagrams and diagrams (chronological friezes, decision trees, swimlanes, etc.), the workshop will be almost entirely dedicated to practical exercises.

At the end of this session, you will have acquired the first keys to visual syntheses which will allow you to expose a complex problem or legal solutions in an accessible format and which will save your clients' time. The ultimate goal is to promote informed decision-making, to persuade or reassure your client.

In order to make the workshop very interactive and exercise-oriented, participants will receive, a few days before the workshop, the theoretical documentation to quickly grasp the concept of Legal design. After a brief introduction by Miroslav Kurdov to bring all participants to the same level of theoretical knowledge, the practical exercise session can begin!
