Description

In recent years, BIM has become more and more common in construction projects. The BIM Manager is a central element in the management of the BIM process and its proper execution. The objective of this training is to provide the Project Management OAI with keys to understand this role during the design phase of the project.

This module is dedicated to the management of collaborative platforms, it will allow participants to discover their operating principles and define useful usage processes.

Goals

Write part of the BEP of the design phase of a project according to the BIM objectives of the MO and the MOE team in place, namely the chapter on the definition of the technological context of which the collaborative platform is a part.
Define the collaborative exchange process to be implemented according to the CDE (Common Data Environment) chosen, whose functionality is decisive.
