As HR, we are constantly negotiating: job offer, employee package review request, budget for the training plan, external provider cost review, departure transaction, in-house resource allocation for HR projects, collective agreement ... On these dimensions, there is no room for improvisation. In this training, you will learn the keys to a successful negotiation and will be able to reproduce these techniques in your daily life, while gaining ease in these exchanges.
Beyond the theory, participants are put in various HR situations during which they use the concepts by preparing in a team and then negotiating with others. All facilitated by an experienced trainer and practicing a non-intrusive pedagogy.
