The Women In Tax Business Club is delighted To invite you To their Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR) roundtable for Alternative Investments and Commerce & Industry, taking place on 6 June 2019.
The MDR tackle potentially aggressive tax-planning arrangements that occur across more than one jurisdiction. In this context, certain Luxembourg Alternative Investments structures will face new reporting obligationsspecifically, those that have provided assistance or advice (e.g. opening an account or assisting with life insurance products) regarding cross-border arrangements on or after 25 June 2018.
