Background to the training
Each year, the Competence Center and the LTPS invite participants in the training of the nurse tutor to a half-day workshop in order to allow the various players in clinical education to share their experiences.
Goals
This year, after the workshop, the participants will have had a small view on the relationship between neuroscience and training. It will also be an opportunity to discuss how to build a network of tutors in Luxembourg. And finally, the foundations for a first FAQ document on the professional life of the tutor will have been laid.

The 2020 exchange workshop will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the LTPS premises in Bascharage and is structured over 2 stages:

Networking between tutors - how to bring the tutors community to life and give it a voice?
for nurses in specialized services:
Difficult cases - FAQ (according to the CASE method)
During the workshops, a training steering committee will deal with the question of how to integrate students into the training process.
The results of the various working groups will be disseminated to the participants after being processed and evaluated, downstream from the exchange workshop.
The event will close with a networking cocktail.
