What is Depression and What Is It Rather Not?
What changes when someone describes themselves or others as depressed? What impact does this have on our professional thinking and acting? This training is dedicated to these and other questions about depression.
Theoretical parts alternate methodically with many practical exercises and case studies. In order to make the training more targeted, we invite you to bring your own case studies from your everyday work, which can be worked on in the group.
The knowledge and methods presented are based on current evidence-based approaches, especially cognitive behavior therapy.
target group
