Consolidated accounts
What are the obligations and how to achieve them?

The purpose of this module is to introduce participants to the basic concepts relating to the establishment of consolidated accounts, both on legal obligations and the risks relating thereto, as well as on the basic principles and techniques of consolidation to be implemented.

The module will also provide the essential rules and procedures to follow for organizing a consolidation.

The participant will be able to identify the companies having the obligation to establish consolidated accounts and will be able to explain how these accounts should be prepared.

- Review of procedures for the implementation of a consolidation

- Introduction to consolidation techniques
- Comparison between the general principles Lux GAAP AND ifrs

I graduated with a master's degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences from the Catholic Institute of Advanced Commercial Studies (ICHEC), accounting-accounting, and adviser orientation.

I acquired my professional experience, among others, in large audit firms, such as Ernst Young and Grant Thornton. I notably participated in assistance missions on the implementation of IFRS standards for a large international group located in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, as well as in multiple audit missions AND implementation of consolidated accounts. in Luxembourg AND abroad.

For 5 years, I have been exercising the role of Accounting Director and I am responsible for the preparation of consolidated accounts within the Eren Group, active mainly in the production of renewable energy. Legitech has obtained the approval of the Bar from Luxembourg.
