This seminar is intended for professionals or anyone interested in recent or expected legal developments.
Goals :
This seminar aims to communicate on the key points of numerous Luxembourg legislative and regulatory developments that have occurred recently (including Monitoring of
pending Grand-Ducal bills or regulations). Training allows
also take note of the significant changes expected based on
legislative projects.
Description:
Accounting law (Lux GAAP): European legislation; recent changes to Luxembourg accounting law (and related application problems); recent developments in accounting doctrine or practices; the "PCN 2020"; developments in non-financial information. Company law and other legislation affecting the professionals of the cipher: the effects of the modernization of the law on commercial companies and the expected developments in this area; related bills (eg law on Taxation) Taxation: examination of new national tax laws and regulations and the evolution of International taxation: personal income tax; corporate tax; VAT; international taxation, and in particular developments in tax transparency (BEPS) and information exchange.
