Target audience
This seminar is intended for people wishing to learn Outlook.
Goals
This seminar aims to
use Messaging features in Outlook. You will be able to
manage your contacts and schedule your appointments and meetings with the
calendar. description
Presentation of the interface:
General presentation of the Outlook window and concepts, Navigation
in Outlook;
define the main options of MS Outlook;
use the various forms of assistance;
display and customize "Outlook Today";
display at startup, display of message folders.
Messaging functions:
principles of messaging, reading, response, good practices,
types of recipient;
creation, formatting of a message, sending of a message (with or without
attachment) ;
message options (priorities, acknowledgments, signature, etc.);
message management (Printing, filing, research, archiving);
the address book: add, modify a name.
Contact management:
creation / registration of contact cards;
tracking contacts.
Calendar management:
creation and modification of an appointment, planning an event;
invite attendees to a meeting and assign resources;
publication of information on my availability;
select a time slot available for all
participants;
manage Confirmations, Postponements and Cancellations.
Get organized in Outlook:
Filters, spam file;
configure the absence manager;
organize messages.
