RBM approach: Coaching for the formulation and monitoring of indicators and for risk management

Goals
- Build capacity in the formulation and monitoring of indicators for their projects;
- Formulate results-oriented project indicators;
- Design indicators of different levels;
- Understand the arrangements to be put in place for fair and adequate monitoring;
- Designing devices, eg indicator sheets;
- study the internal and external risks with which the projects may be confronted;
- Suggest monitoring indicators, preventive and curative measures for projects.
