Cooperation in the crisis: Global guide, variable risks
June 3, 2020 at 15:00 CET
Competition law normally prohibits competitors from cooperating. But in times like this, facing a pandemic and a massive upheaval of the economy, limited cooperation may be essential and competition authorities have recognised this in a range of ways. The Dentons competition team with its global reach will highlight where the competition rules have been relaxed or altered to deal with the current crisis and the risks associated with cooperation amongst competitors, especially as the pandemic comes to an end.
Further information about our panelists will be provided in due course.
