With so many things that can go wrong, we need forgiveness to heal and be able to keep going, to survive and to strive.
During this session you will find out:
- What is forgiveness and what are the main differences with reconciliation or compromise and even understanding;
- How to practice forgiveness, while keeping an assertive attitude and guarding your boundaries;
- Keys to forgiveness: how to release feelings of resentment and vengeance in a healthy way;
- The role of empathy and (self )compassion in forgiveness.
