DSM Avocats à la Cour is pleased to invite you to a free webinar in French this Thursday, November 26 from 9:30 am to 10:15 am on the theme "VEFA (Sale in the future state of completion) Analysis of best practices and management of risks ”.

During this conference, part of a cycle of 4 webinars in real estate law, Me Mario DI STEFANO and Me Vanessa LOMORO will take stock of the acquisition of buildings under VEFA (Sale in the Future State of Completion) at Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

They will address in particular the important stages of an off-plan acquisition, the pitfalls to be avoided, the guarantees and deadlines linked to this mode of acquisition, the possibilities of action in the event of defects / poor workmanship. They will also return in particular to the penal aspect attached to off-plan sales and to the risks and sanctions incurred by promoters-sellers, which are often ignored and underestimated by the latter.

The webinar will last 45 minutes and an interactive question and answer session is scheduled at the end.
