DSM Avocats à la Cour is pleased to invite you to a free webinar in French this Thursday, December 3 from 9:30 am to 10:15 am on the theme "The real estate sales agreement - Fundamental errors and how to prevent them".

During this conference, which is part of a cycle of 4 webinars in real estate law, Me Mario DI STEFANO and Me Vanessa LOMORO will take stock of the sales agreement, a key contract in real estate transactions in Luxembourg which unfortunately generates litigation abundant.

They will insist on this occasion on the importance of adapting each compromise “to measure” and the danger of using “standard models”. Faced with countless litigation cases in this area, it is on the strength of their experience that our stakeholders will come back to the importance of careful drafting of certain clauses (suspensive clauses, termination clauses, penal clauses, etc.) in order to avoid as long as it is still possible litigation often long and expensive.
