Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, telecommuting has become the norm for many employees. It was therefore necessary to update the statutory framework. On October 20, 2020, the social partners announced the signing of a new teleworking agreement, which should soon be declared of general application.
What is telework? Are all employees covered by the agreement? What information must be included in the amendment to the employment contract for regular teleworking? What are the rights and obligations of teleworkers? What do you need to know about tax treatment and insurance obligations?
