This training is offered in the form of face-to-face training.

This training concerns the Particular Development Plan (PAP) which specifies and implements the General Development Plan (PAG). After a short regulatory introduction, it proposes to review a certain number of problems encountered during the development and implementation of a PAP file, by presenting the respective roles of the main actors and stakeholders: the designer, the municipality and the ministries concerned. Following an interactive exchange between the speakers and the audience, it will end with a synthesis of the good practices proposed as elements of response.

Goals

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

know the legal texts governing the establishment of PAPs, but also their hierarchy and complementarity

know the various stages of a project

appreciate the roles, skills and specificities of the different actors and stakeholders

consider a project using the recommendations made in good practices
