Developing a career as a creative artist and being a project leader is not easy. It is clear that talent is not the most decisive thing within the process. There are so many personal, interpersonal or contextual aspects that can make a project go or not. How is it that sometimes it blocks?
There is no silver bullet in the road to success, we are all different and the number of factors that come into play is vast. However, sometimes, certain meetings, certain reflections, certain tools can help to reflect, to unblock a situation, to move faster, to make choices and above all to better experience the difficulties specific to our profession, even sometimes even if it means deciding to do quite the opposite of what is proposed.
