Diversity isn't just about results, it's also about how we get there.

Some women put limits on themselves and other women as well. Some women choose to take care of children and this should be rewarded and not penalized. Some women doubt their skills when they could go ahead. The fight for equality is not about suppressing men, but about empowering women to use and celebrate their strengths for the benefit of all.

Join our panel of ten women experts, and share their views and experiences on how to reach executive committees of their own organizations. They are featured in our March edition of Paperjam which features "100 Women to Lead".

Please note that simultaneous English to French translation is available for our English presentations and after the event you will have access to the digital networking platform. Not to be missed by man and / or woman!
