The new teleworking convention of 20 October 2020, declared of general obligation, has now entered into force. What are the contributions of this new convention?
To what extent will telework be able to be perpetuated after the health crisis? What are the rights and obligations on the part of the employer and the employee?
These are the questions we will try to answer by sharing a first feedback.
Goals:
- Apply the rules of the new convention on teleworking,
- Anticipate the way out of the crisis and any requests from employees or employers in terms of teleworking.
