Marc is a serial entrepreneur, graduated in economics from ICHEC and holder of an IDP-C from INSEAD.
He ran a very successful business in the telecommunications industry (Toledo Telecom) before launching Bit4you in August 2018 with Sacha Vandamme and José Zurstrassen. Bit4you is the first Belgian crypto-currency exchange platform.
His expertise in Blockchain and smart contracts is increasingly recognized by his peers.
"Blockchain is above all an incredible technology that is radically transforming our economy and the way we'll live in the years to come" Marc says.
Therefore, he also launched BAx Belgium in december 2021
BAx Belgium (Blockchain association of Exchange platforms and Custodians) is a non profit association led by its members, representing the voice of the blockchain and digital asset industry in Belgium. The aim of BAx is to promote the attractiveness of Belgium as a leading country for blockchain-based activities.
Marc will answer all your questions about Blockchain technology and its impact on the different sectors in our society. He will also explain how applications integrating blockchain technology will pop up in banking and finance.
