Description

As part of the Public Procurement Portal (www.marches.public.lu), a specific training was set up in cooperation with the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure for contractors and for service providers who could be by the contracting authorities to publish notices of tender and tender documents on the Portal. The Training concerns the use of the Public Procurement Portal (agent part).
goals

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to: master the electronic procurement of public contracts By using the Portal of public procurement of the State whose main functions are: the publication of the notices of market, the provision of documents of submission (specifications) on the Internet Portal; management of business questions and answers; the electronic opening of tenders master all the functionalities of the Internet Portal for the Dematerialization of public procurement procedures.

Prerequisites
Knowledge of office tools In general (Windows Explorer, file manipulation, ZIP folders, etc.) and the Internet In particular. Knowledge of public procurement procedures.

Certificate
At the end of the Training, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation issued by the House of Training and OAI.

Prices
OAI members 385 € (+ 3% VAT) Non-OAI members - 625 € (+ 3% VAT) OAI trainees 225 € (+ 3% VAT) In case you are a member of OAI and new customer of the House of Training, please contact us before proceeding to your registration. Indeed, a configuration of your account will be necessary for the OAI member rate to appear automatically when you register. Otherwise, the standard fare will be displayed and billed, which we want to avoid.

A printed version of the Course Material will be issued at the beginning of the course. Also, your Support can be downloaded via our Customer Portal.
