The aim of the training is to understand the mechanisms that make the commitment to burnout in the social and medico-psychosocial sector. It will answer the following questions: What are the symptoms of burnout? How to detect them on a daily basis? How to prevent burnout?
Participants will have the opportunity to build an "emergency kit" adapted to their needs and those of their team, which can be applied in a crisis situation on a daily basis. The training focuses on the idea of preserving oneself so that one can better help people in pain.
