NautaDutilh Luxembourg holds its 5th annual seminar on outsourcing in the financial sector, which will take place on Wednesday, 1 June 2022. The seminar will start at 10:30 and will be followed by a networking lunch.
The CSSF recently released revamped Circular 22/806 on outsourcing arrangements. On this occasion, our Technology partner Vincent Wellens will shed light on the main changes introduced by the Circular for Luxembourg supervised entities, while counsel Carmen Schellekens will explain selected contractual aspects relevant to vendors. Senior advisor and IT professional Yoann Le Bihan will present certain technical aspects of the Circular and discuss its interface with, in particular, other regulations, the GDPR and the NIS legislation.
