A process of recognition of our commitment to innovation and research in the service of quality and patient safety?
This year is the 10th edition of our CHL ACADEMY. Normally, this should have taken place in 2020. Health constraints forced us to cancel and postpone this staff recognition event twice.
Also, this year, to celebrate, on the one hand, this anniversary and, on the other hand, the resumption of "normal life", we wanted to review the organization and content of the CHL ACADEMY by offering it on a whole day.
A day devoted to the development of our staff's skills, innovation in practices, clinical research and reflection on improving patient care.
A day that gives pride of place to the projects of our employees but also that gives space to external speakers, experts in their field, to bring us a different vision and/or ideas for development.
The construction of knowledge and know-how, the sharing of knowledge, the continuous professional development of our teams constitute a guiding principle of our human resources policy in our establishment, a principle supported by each of the departments.
This year, the themes are diverse and varied to reflect the richness of this individual and collective commitment.
