The training cycle organized by Legitech and the Faculty of Law, Economics and Administration of Metz aims to cover all legal news in the main areas of civil law, business law and public law.
Favoring a practical and interactive approach, the two-hour modules offered in a hybrid format involve university specialists and/or recognized practitioners in these different fields. The training is validated as continuing education for lawyers.
The training will make it possible to return to the effects of the latest legislative developments in the field of company law, which will make it possible, in particular, to address the question of the feminization of governing bodies through the Rixain law of December 24, 2021, or the fate of merger guarantees, regulated by the order of September 15, 2021 reforming sureties. In addition, this training will be an opportunity to review the significant case law of recent months, concerning both common law and special company law.
