4:30-5:00 p.m.: The CNPD: procedure and decision-making practice – Vincent Wellens, Lawyer at the Court, NautaDutilh
The last months and years have shown an increased activity of the CNPD. This gave a more concrete view of the procedure that the CNPD carries out in practice following a complaint or a thematic campaign. The first decisions also provide useful lessons on what the CNPD expects from companies and organizations on important topics, such as the appointment of a DPO, the deployment of cookies, the implementation of organizational measures, etc.
