Following the publication of the book "Logistics law: towards an innovative law in Luxembourg", its author, Maître Anne Paul, presents with other speakers within the framework of the event two particular points in logistics law: the qualification of the contract for logistics services and the content of these contracts.
The objective of this event is to allow the possible construction of a legal framework and the apprehension of recent case law. The book, support of the event, relates in part to a comparison between Luxembourg law, French law and sometimes Belgian law, while explaining the formation and content of contracts for logistics services on the practical side.
The speakers will develop certain aspects of contract law which are the subject of reforms in France and Luxembourg.
