In this workshop, we will explain why digital transformations fail and how to ensure the success of your projects for your company.

The workshop will begin with a strategic contextualization of digital transformation in companies. Next, we will explain the steps and elements necessary for a successful digital transformation and talk about trends in SMEs. We will conclude by sharing some concrete experiences.
