Around a practical case as a framework, we offer you to experience a dense week of a data protection officer.

For this exercise, we will talk about the commercial company 4LUX which wishes to accelerate the development of its activities in Luxembourg because it has been approached by a renowned partner established in the United States.

This half-day will be synthetic and based on exchanges and explanations of the principles of the GDPR; the very ones that the referents in the matter regularly see pass.

We will touch on the most recurrent themes of the subject and you will have to arbitrate, position yourself.
