What if using game techniques made it easier for our client to become aware? How to use gamification tools to coach teams and make them “grow”? What if playing allows our client, through metaphor, to let go of the constraints of reality and get out of automatic mental modes?
Through this webinar, participants will discover the basic concepts of gamification and how it can be used for coaching.
The speaker - Christelle Fraiteur
Since my earliest childhood, my life has been punctuated by 2 dreams and a passion, which considerably influence the coaching techniques that I currently use. Two dreams: to become an astronaut, and to travel to meet people – one passion: orchestral music.
It was therefore very natural that I studied electromechanical engineering, during which I had the chance to discover coaching tools. During my studies, my team and I won a competition organized by the European Space Agency, which allowed us to experience the joys of weightlessness for 11 minutes on board an Airbus A300 0G.
After 2.5 years working as an R&D engineer at iba, in the design of particle accelerators, I set off on an adventure by crossing Asian and African countries for 1 year, meeting people.
On my return, I find a job at Engie, and I meet several coaches there, which allows me to considerably improve my engineering skills. I then developed a real passion for this combination of “hard skills – soft skills”.
