In business, we are increasingly confronted with a subject that is still little known: neurodiversity.
Indeed, companies have neurodivergent people among their employees. Autism, ADHD, dys disorders, HPI, TIC… so many terms that remain unclear.
So there are a number of issues. Without being familiar with neurodivergences, it is difficult to understand how to find a balance between the specific needs of an individual and the economic needs of a company.
During this conference, we will define what neurodiversity is, what are neurodivergences, and we will focus on good practices to adopt in business.
