HTML (elements, attributes, headings, paragraphs, styles, formatting, colors, links, images, table, lists…).
CSS (syntax, selector, class, padding, margin, boarder, div, sprite,text, color, background, navigation bar…).
Javascript (syntax, variable, function, objects, strings…).
Objective
The participants will gain knowledge of various programming languages. The will learn the basics of HTML / CSS and Javascript in order to perform analyses on sites such as WordPress or any other HTML / CSS file.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the participants will be more at ease collaborating in technical teams and projects. They will acquire useful jargon and concepts in programming and web development. The session is also an introduction to coding for the participants to assess their interest in further learning opportunities, especially within DLH.
