Today, intelligent buildings are part of reality and are even becoming a requirement for the future. Whatever the type of building, the appearance of new information and communication technologies will change the situation and enable improvement in terms of energy efficiency, security, accessibility, comfort or health.
Too much information can harm the proper management of a building. Smart and flexible regulation principles, the use of intelligent sensors and actors but limited to the real need are the basis for safe and adapted operation of a building and makes it possible to obtain the comfort and consumption planned during the design. In addition, the implementation of a methodology adapted to all stages of the project, the choice of the most suitable Smart labels and the intervention of qualified professionals are all factors in the success of a Smart Building project.
Objectives At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Successfully designing a smart building project
Analyze needs, carry out a functional study and write Smart Building specifications
Situate the smart building in a global logic: Smart city, connected objects, BIM
Properly operate a smart building: interpret the data and involve the occupants
Select the most suitable Smart Building label
Take a step back, exchange freely and anticipate the next innovations
