According to article 10 of the law of 2 September 2011 regulating the access to professions of craftsman, merchant, industrialist as well as certain liberal professions, the professional qualification required to access the profession of real estate agents, property managers, co-ownership trustees and developers result from the successful completion of the specific accelerated training for access to the real estate professions.

Good to know

Target audience

Anyone interested in fulfilling the conditions of professional qualification required by the Luxembourg legislation governing establishment in the real estate professions

Examination

To be admitted to the written tests, the candidate must have provided a minimum attendance of 80 per cent of the course hours.

Certificate

The course is closed by a written test whose success is attested through a certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Economy.

Course materials

The course material can be downloaded free of charge, five days before the start of the course, via your access portal (Download here the Customer Portal Guide).

The paper version can be ordered at the time of registration and will be given to you on the first day of the training, at the reception of the training center of the Chamber of Commerce.
