In addition, you will have done several exercises. After that, you will be able to evaluate which type of OF loan is best suited to your client and under what conditions (guarantees) you can grant it.
To do this, you will have analyzed in detail the following elements:

Current account credit (OF credit line, cards, advances / overdrafts, checks), The needs they meet and the associated risks
Consumer credit, its characteristics and uses
Real estate credit, its characteristics and award criteria
Specific loans (term loan, bank guarantee, Lombard loan and student loan) and their purpose
The different guarantees that may be required when granting a loan:
MAIN GUARANTEE (intrinsic value of the applicant, value of the company)
Additional guarantees:
Real guarantees (mortgage, pledge), their composition, type, characteristics and conditions of validity
Personal guarantees, their characteristics, the forms they can take and their conditions of validity
Moral guarantees (commitment not to assign or mortgage, mortgage promise, mortgage mandate), their composition AND the associated risks
Subsidiary guarantees (transfer of salary, domiciliation of income, insurance balance remaining due, transfer of the benefit of a life insurance policy, transfer of the benefit of a fine insurance policy, insurance CASCO)
