Through its Consolidation Project, the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) re-examined the Audit Concept and intensified the volume of information to be disclosed; IFRS 10, 11, 12, IAS 27R and IAS 28R are now effective.
Topics such as investment entities, agent and principal, autopilot and silo have been introduced or clarified, resulting in significant changes to our usual approach.
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Understand and apply the IFRS requirements for consolidation;
identify discrepancies between the current practice and the new practice and assess their impact on the organization.
