Description
This training is part of a more comprehensive course called "Mediative Skills - Facilitating Communication, Preventing and Resolving Conflicts".
This course consists of 11 independent modules and can be combined with the choice but can also be followed in one block.
Goals
In Module 3 of "Mediative Skills", it is a question of going through a mediation process and knowing the details of all the different phases through which the mediator accompanies the parties.
Participants learn how to design the entire mediation process and take advantage of three full days to discover the whole of its operation on the basis of a great practical case.
Like all modules, "Structure of the mediation process" integrates the Tell-Show-Do principle to guide it from a maximum towards the mediative practice.
