The regulations in terms of qualifications for people working or wishing to work with young children have changed in Luxembourg. This training makes it possible to envisage a professional reconversion or to continue to exercise its profession while respecting the framework of reference.

Conditions of access to the profession

Speak one of the three usual languages of the country (lux / fr / all)
From 2018: to be holder of the certificate of a continuous training of help educator (118h)
For nurseries: have successfully completed 5 years of post-primary education (11th or 3rd)
For bridging houses and school homes: no conditions of study provided by law.

Acquire and develop in your daily life the values and practices of non-formal education
Acquire strong knowledge on child development, communication and conflict management.
Master the key concepts of responsibility, safety, food and food hygiene
Put into practice the various fields of action of non-formal education
