ILNAS, in collaboration with the University of Luxembourg, organizes an information session to celebrate the 50th World Standards Day on Friday, October 11, 2019, from 13:30, at the House of Biomedicine II (Biotech II) on the Esch-Belval Campus.
During this event, ILNAS will propose a retrospective of the normative developments realized within the framework of the national normative strategy 2010 - 2020, updated in 2014, and will introduce the normative perspectives of the next decade which will widen the panel fields treated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The University of Luxembourg will detail, for its part, the progress of the joint research program ILNAS - University of Luxembourg "Technical standardization for reliable use in the field" Smart ICT "" (2017-2020), notably via the presentation of reports addressing the gaps between research and technical standardization in relation to data protection and privacy, and following the "White paper Data Protection and Privacy in Smart ICT" (World Standards Day 2018).
Good to know
To close this World Standardization Day, ILNAS will be pleased to present the "Delegate for Standardization" trophy, which will reward the normative work of a national expert. To thank all the people who invest, year after year, in the technical standardization in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and to encourage the sharing of experiences, all participants will then be invited to share a cocktail.
