Globalization and the intensification of interactions between companies and states, individuals, civil society, customers, have greatly increased the awareness of companies of the impact of their activities on human rights and exposed their responsibility to reduce or eliminate negative impacts. their activities in economic, social and environmental terms, and to open access to remedies. The conference will present the international and national context of the subject.

Now, how to do for the company?

A round table will bring together different economic actors who will share their experience in respect of human rights in business: how to put into practice a policy of due diligence, the necessary means, the remedies in case of incidents, the establishment of ways of recourse, the commitment of the company to fulfill its responsibilities in the matter, how to respond to the difficulties encountered etc. The topics will highlight good practices that should interest companies and any actor concerned by this topic.
