This event is a unique opportunity to exchange views not only with your peers and the members of our ILA working committee on "Company Secretarial and Governance Officer" but also to discuss governance topical matters with our guest speaker, Mr. Philip Davis, who will share his view on the multi-faceted role of the modern Company Secretary.
