objectives

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to implement the following operational skills:

become aware and clarify his roles and responsibilities as manager
plan and animate the functioning of a team
delegate effectively
motivate and develop team skills
set up genuine communication and deal with conflicts
conduct a meeting as well as conduct interviews related to his function

duration

Total duration of the training (closing test and individual coaching included): 78 hours
Duration of individual coaching: 1 hour
Duration of the closing test: 2 hours

The training is divided into 5 modules for 2 days per module.

For reasons of group dynamics, the candidate must follow the entire cycle.

Examination

The evaluation method makes it possible to measure in a very concrete way the effectiveness of the training and to verify the transformation of the acquired skills into operational skills.

Quality control has three levels:

a direct application of the acquired knowledge during collective coaching sessions: each trainee presents to the group a problem, a concern or a project, the whole group interacts to help the trainee to settle the situation.
the completion of two case studies related to the training modules.
course participation and general involvement in the training cycle.

Certificate

The training is closed by a written test whose success is validated by a certificate of professional competence in "Leadership & management of proximity" issued by the House of Training and ICN Business School.
