The course aims to prepare the craft businesses for the challenges of energy-efficient renovation and to promote Luxembourg's renovation strategy in relation to deep renovation. In this sense, the course enables you to strengthen your skills.

Fundamentals of renovation (1 day) inventory analysis (building fabric, insulation quality, airtightness) drawing up a renovation plan economic efficiency client conviction and marketing construction process and step-by-step renovation trade interface rehabilitation rehabilitation for building shell & building technology (1 day) airtightness in the renovation of thermal insulation and thermal bridge reduction internal insulation ventilation ventilation and heat recovery Exercise building or renovation standards (½ day) Building or renovation standards Rehabilitation incentives Requirements and evaluation of materials Sustainable renovation according to sustainability certificate exercise
* The training deepens the basics of energy-efficient renovation, and deals with trade-specific and cross-sectoral topics with a focus on: airtightness, thermal insulation, thermal bridge reduction, internal insulation, ventilation and heat supply in the renovation. Additional exercises strengthen the exchange, cooperation and networking of the various trades. * (If you take this course in connection with the certificate extension "Certified Passive House Craftsman", 20 out of 30 required training points can be obtained from the Passive House Institute.)
