At the end of this training, the manager will have acquired a good knowledge of legislation, authorizations and obligations related to environmental law and classified establishments (commodo-incommodo).

Program

Legislation relating to classified establishments (commodo-incommodo)
- The application for authorization (application file and authorization procedure)
- The modification of the authorization and the transfer of the establishment
- The end of the exploitation
- Punishments
- Recourse available to the operator

Other permissions that may be necessary
- Ministerial authorizations (based on the Water Act, based on the Nature Protection Act)
- Authorization of the Mayor (change of assignment, transformation building permit etc.)
